Where did social adhdict come from?

Founder here, just being real: adder*ll is extremely effective as it is destructive. Everything in moderation, but for the kids who need it to literally just exist - it will hit you the same, every time. I've been prescribed it since I was 10. It's been about 14 years of over stimulating my brain with pharmaceutical super powers. Through college, it helped keep me on track, but I was reaching a 30 mg dosage almost daily, now I can barely take 10 without feeling the impending panic attack. Depressive episodes were extreme and short when taking drug holidays - which pretty much meant the weekends where I wasn't worrying about exams. Now as a working adult - that means whenever I get the leisure of turning my brain off. As a neurodivergent, that's a privilege & a rare one at that. See, it took a long time to figure out the perfect equation to making sure I'm doing what I need to in order to stay focused because after 14 of your development years were spent getting used to a drug creating a chemical reaction in your head, you realize no herb can replace it. It gets better with time, but I'm a keen believer in trying your best before resorting to your prescribed 'focus drugs.' It will change you.
